Greengage Press is the owner of The Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies, which publishes the results of first-class research on all forms of migration and its consequences, together with articles on ethnic conflict, discrimination, racism, nationalism, citizenship and policies of integration. It is the only international journal devoted to the relationship between human population movement and ethnic complexity. The journal has a 5 Year Impact Factor of 1.236.

Acting as strategic financial advisor to the seller, Bertoli Mitchell initiated the transaction, helped to structure and manage the process, and acted as exclusive strategic and financial advisor to the shareholders of Greengage Press.
