Radcliffe Publishing sold to Electric Word

Radcliffe Publishing Ltd is a UK-based specialist publisher founded in 1987, focused on professional development and compliance in primary healthcare. It publishes a market-leading range of books for primary healthcare and general practice, including support for GPs, GP practice managers and professions allied to health; it covers general primary care, specialist areas including child protection and palliative care, and medical education and exam support. Radcliffe also publishes six journals, including Education for Primary Care, and produces training courses for practice nurses and receptionists.

Acting as exclusive strategic and financial advisor to Radcliffe's shareholders, Bertoli Mitchell structured the transaction and managed the process to completion. The sale to Electric Word Plc completed on 22 November.
