Britain Magazine sold to The Chelsea Magazine Company

The Chelsea Magazine Company has acquired Britain magazine from VisitBritain. Bertoli Mitchell managed the disposal process, advising VisitBritain on valuation and negotiation, as well as helping to structure the terms of an ongoing brand licence agreement between the parties.
Over 70 years Britain has been the official magazine of the national tourism body. It has an estimated global pass-on readership of 150,000 in over 50 countries and nearly three-quarters of its circulation is underpinned by subscription sales.
The Chelsea Magazine Company is an independent publishing company with offices in the United Kingdom and North America. The company's rapidly expanding portfolio includes Artists & Illustrators, Current World Archaeology, and Yachts & Yachting magazine.
