London Planner sold to Morris Visitor Publications

Morris UK Ltd has acquired London Planner magazine from VisitBritain. Bertoli Mitchell managed the disposal process, advising VisitBritain on valuation and negotiation, as well as helping to structure the terms of an ongoing brand licence agreement between the parties. Launched over 30 years ago, London Planner is a market-leading pocket-sized guide for visitors to London, both within the UK and overseas.
