GSE Research acquires Greenleaf Publishing

The shareholders of Greenleaf Publishing Limited, a leading publisher in corporate responsibility, sustainability and accountability, has been acquired by GSE Research Limited, the online scholarly publisher specializing in governance, sustainability and the environment. The transaction was arranged by Bertoli Mitchell, acting on behalf of the shareholders of Greenleaf including John Stuart, Managing Director of Greenleaf.

Founded in 1999, Greenleaf publishes books and book series in the areas of corporate responsibility, business ethics, environmental policy and management, future business strategy and practice, and sustainable development. Alongside its book program, Greenleaf is also the publisher of the journals Greener Management International and Journal of Corporate Citizenship.
