Advance Materials sold to CUP

Bertoli Mitchell is delighted to announce the acquisition by Cambridge University Press of Advance Materials, the UK-based independent publishing house, specialising in the publication of language learning materials.  Bertoli Mitchell acted for Advance Materials in the transaction.
